ShiFan is a Shenzhen company manufacturing thermal labels at our Huizhou factory, for shipping, warehousing, retail and product labelling. We supply labels in rolls matched to your printer, your carrier and your application — not one standard size for everyone.

Main types:

  • Direct thermal shipping labels — 4×6 inch (101.6 × 152.4mm) and A6 (105 × 148mm) for courier waybills, with room for address, barcode and QR code on one label
  • Thermal transfer labels — 60×40mm coated-paper labels printed through a ribbon, for carton, product and warehouse labels that need to last longer
  • Custom adhesive labels — bottle labels and detergent labels printed with your artwork, or blank for your own printing

Core size, roll diameter, label gap, black-mark position and adhesive can all be customised. Send us your printer model and label size, and we will match the roll to it and quote factory-direct.

Materials, compatibility & custom options

Across the range you can choose direct thermal paper, coated paper, and synthetic or film labels for wet environments. Label sizes run from 40×30mm to 100×150mm, or fully custom. Our shipping labels are compatible with DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS, and run on popular thermal printers from Zebra, TSC, Sato and Godex. Custom labels can be supplied pre-printed with your logo and artwork, or blank for local barcode, date and batch printing.

Direct thermal or thermal transfer? Direct thermal needs no ribbon and suits shipping labels that are used once. Thermal transfer prints through a ribbon onto coated paper, giving a longer-lasting image for product and warehouse labelling. Can I order a size you don’t list?
