Founded in 2015, Shenzhen ShiFan Technology  Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with a 20,000+ m² factory and over 100 employees.

We produce self-adhesive labels, blank labels, and customised-printed labels. Our integrated capabilities include silicone coating, adhesive application, die-cutting, and high-end colour printing, enabling us to provide customised solutions.

Manufacturing Process

We adopt standardized, full-cycle production procedures for thermal paper and label paper, from raw material input to finished product delivery. Every process is strictly controlled to ensure stable quality, precise specifications and excellent usability of all products. The complete production flow is shown below:

1. Raw Material Warehousing & Inspection

High-quality base paper jumbo rolls are adopted as the core raw materials for thermal paper and label paper production. All raw materials are strictly inspected and registered before warehousing to guarantee flat paper surface, stable tension and qualified base performance. Qualified jumbo rolls are stored in a constant-temperature and dry raw material warehouse to avoid moisture, deformation and contamination, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.

2. Coating & Lamination

This is the core functional processing procedure of our products. For thermal paper, a uniform layer of high-sensitivity thermal chemical coating is coated on the base paper surface, followed by precise drying and curing treatment to form a clear, heat-sensitive and scratch-resistant thermal color-developing layer. For  label paper, professional lamination equipment is used to perfectly composite face material, adhesive and release liner, forming integrated semi-finished jumbo rolls with stable adhesion and neat lamination effect.

3. Flexographic Printing

Equipped with high-speed multi-station flexographic printing machines, we provide customized printing services for personalized label products. This procedure supports multi-color printing, logo & pattern printing, text printing and pre-die cutting. It realizes one-stop processing of printing, laminating and shape presetting. For blank thermal receipt papers and standard unprinted label papers, this procedure can be skipped to improve production efficiency on the premise of ensuring quality.

4. Slitting & Rewinding

The wide-width semi-finished jumbo rolls are precisely slit into various standard or customized widths by professional slitting machines. During the process, intelligent length counting and constant-tension rewinding technology are adopted to ensure uniform roll tightness, accurate specification size and consistent roll length. This procedure meets diverse customer specification requirements for 57mm, 80mm thermal paper rolls and various sizes of label rolls.

5. Automatic Heat-shrink Packaging

All slit paper rolls are sent to the automatic packaging assembly line for integrated processing. The equipment automatically finishes film wrapping and heat-shrink sealing. The tight and transparent protective film can effectively prevent dust, moisture and scratch during storage and transportation. Meanwhile, automatic counting and outer box labeling are completed to realize standardized packaging and facilitate order sorting and management.

6. Finished Product Warehousing & Shipment

All packaged finished products undergo final quality inspection, including appearance check, specification verification and performance sampling. Qualified products are neatly packed, palletized and stored in the finished product warehouse. We establish complete order files and arrange standardized loading and delivery according to customer orders, providing reliable and efficient product supply services for global customers.
